the primary enticing thing about shyplite is flexible work culture, Higher management is always looking for innovation and development. everyone's ideas and views on the table are given consideration leading to learning and development. proper work-life balance is another advantage to the company.

Dislikes

the only constructive feedback for Shyplite is to incentivize the teams for their hard work though individuals are being incentivized for their performance yet we require a concrete new incentive structure.

I have worked here for over a period of 10 months and I am happy to see the company grow so much. there are some hiccups, but the founders handle it very well that the employees never feel the pinch of it. we work as a team and always stay in touch.

There is no micromanaging. We all have our goals, tasks and projects and we're expected to complete them with the best quality of the work. But no manager or senior is going to be watching what you do everyday or how much time spend on break- as long we meet our deadlines and deliver quality work, there is no backlash from the management.

Dislikes

Restrictive working hours making it like a typical 9 to 6 job.I wish there was more flexibility in terms of timing. Also, wish its was just a 5-workweek. working on Saturdays can be tiring..
