They are not supporting to anyone. Employees are begging for salary but no one have for listen.

Dislikes

here is so many thing for dislike as no job security, no career growth, late payment to vendor & employees too. politics is too much because of politics company growth is very poor.

I was join saha group as a store keeper for site inventory work. Now i am dealing with vendor for material supply so now my role is Purchase Executive.

Salary schedule is very poor, company growth is very slowl.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
