Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I worked more than 2 years for this company but day by day its getting worse. I'll give you the list of their standards than you will decide join or not. - *Working hours - 9:30 AM - 8PM* (may Vary) strictly observe, If we found any one's login after 9:30 & log out 8 Pm will have to, compensate the working tenure. (Example - employee login at 9:40 am & log out 7:40 pm , he/she have to compensate working of 30 mint's with 1 hours - that means employee have to work double of less working hours) - *Usage of Mobile phones* - is strictly prohibited during working hour (leverage for emergency & urgent calls) - *Usage of Headphone/ earphone/ Bluetooth* - is strictly prohibited during working hour. If any caught by using, will have to compensate with 1 hour extra working. - If anyone leave *office early* , he/she have to compensate the working hours with double ( Example - If any one leave by 7:30 pm, he/she have to compensate 30 mints with 1 hour ) - *Lunch hour* would also be under observation i.e 1:30 Pm -2 Pm sharp. - *Long leaves* - 2 leaves can be considerable on monthly basis, more than 2 leaves will have to compensate with Saturday working. - *Medical Leave* - In case of medical leave, employee should have to inform along with admission slip & discharge slip. - *Break time* - If you going out or coming back in the premises during lunch hours or picking up the courier, you have to mark your punch. Product manager is good but company manager is drunked person nd makes there on rules like.... #. Strict lunch time of 30 mins. #. Monthly 100 mins if you come late after 9:30 using those 100 mins then every single day they will count as half day. Which is horrible for those coming from long distance. #. The product manager force you to work after 7 o'clock. #. They will force you to wear company T-shirt. #. You can't go outside except lunch time. #. Almost all the team leads are less skilled. #. You have to come on Saturdays for composition of Diwali holidays. #. Director comes in cabin every single hour & ask for every individual report & makes the whole everything toxic. #.
