Good job security.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No trainings or seminars for employee uplifting.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Undue pressure from the RM about timing’s and visits .Extensive field travelling and also expect you to complete your desk job

Dislikes

Top Management is Excellent . HR not so helpful with listening to problems. The superior wants to bring in his own team with whom they are most comfortable working

Growing industry . Top management is very supportive .MD CFO and CMO are good mentor , supportive to take right action and they are interested to work in process instead of person oriented process .

Dislikes

Have not received single promotion and increment even after successfully implemented costing process which is now in auto pilot mode .
