Externally, there is a perception of excellence due to the association with the brand .while Mr Mukerjee is a commendable individual, he is unfortunately surrounded by individuals who's behaviour undermines the positive environment and organizational values.

The current work environment is contributing g to the determination of both physical and mental well-being. Despite demonstrated talent, there is no recognition or appreciation. Toxic behaviours are often celebrated, while individuals with less knowledge and inefficiency receive more appreciation. Those lacking conviction or principles are frequently given higher regard.
