Only the brand name and boss ( Mr. Sabyasachi Mukherjee) himself but he is surrounded by some wrong people who made this office a bad place to work for those who really love this office.

Dislikes

There is no honesty in most of the team leader, every one is egotist and show-off. So their subordinates have to suffer.

Work Details

There was no life actually. Only my HOD was a great man (Anoop Shukla) who tried to make the environment work friendly. When he left the job the situation had become horrible.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. To start with, work culture is good here. Salary is disbursed timely. But salary structure is very poor. Work isn’t appreciated by quality but by face.

Change the whole strategy and make your employees happy. Only the core design team doesn’t hold your business. Look after production also

The fact that it's a Global brand helmed by Mr.Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Few colleagues who become friends. Salary on time. Good for freshers for strengthening their CV and learning office politics which will help them to survive in this industry in future.

Dislikes

The toxic work culture in Kurta-Lehenga Department. The HOD, Priya Bhattacharya is extremely toxic and vicious. She has zero organizational and managerial skills. Extremely insecure about her position. Targets employees in whom she finds potential. Once the Employee is targeted, she along with one of the female Managers starts workplace mobbing, so that the employee leaves on their own. Mental harassment takes its peak. This lady is behind ruining lots of careers at Sabyasachi, still the organization doesn't take any action against her. She's a horrible horrible woman. She won't allow anyone to grow in this company, no matter how many years of experience the employee has got in the industry. Everyone is treated as freshers. Externally, there is a perception of excellence due to the association with the brand .while Mr Mukerjee is a commendable individual, he is unfortunately surrounded by individuals who's behaviour undermines the positive environment and organizational values.

Dislikes

The current work environment is contributing g to the determination of both physical and mental well-being. Despite demonstrated talent, there is no recognition or appreciation. Toxic behaviours are often celebrated, while individuals with less knowledge and inefficiency receive more appreciation. Those lacking conviction or principles are frequently given higher regard. Additionally, there is a noticeable bias, as non-NIFT alumni in leadership positions show animosity towards NIFT graduates .This, combined with poor work life balance and limited opportunities for career growth, has created a challenging and unsupportive professional atmosphere....Read More
