The fact that it's a Global brand helmed by Mr.Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Few colleagues who become friends. Salary on time. Good for freshers for strengthening their CV and learning office politics which will help them to survive in this industry in future.

Dislikes

The toxic work culture in Kurta-Lehenga Department. The HOD, Priya Bhattacharya is extremely toxic and vicious. She has zero organizational and managerial skills. Extremely insecure about her position. Targets employees in whom she finds potential. Once the Employee is targeted, she along with one of the female Managers starts workplace mobbing, so that the employee leaves on their own. Mental harassment takes its peak. This lady is behind ruining lots of careers at Sabyasachi, still the organization doesn't take any action against her. She's a horrible horrible woman. She won't allow anyone to grow in this company, no matter how many years of experience the employee has got in the industry. Everyone is treated as freshers. Dislikes

HR performance is not good, not listened employees grievance. Employee working hard with Best and serve good output but HR putting down the performance rating. Management should listened from employees what they are facing issues.
