This is the most fraud and pathetic company I have ever worked with. At first the company culture seems welcoming, but it quickly becomes clear that it’s anything but. Employees are pressured to conform to certain beliefs, including mandatory participation in devotional activities like Kirtans. While people may appear friendly, there is an underlying pretentiousness, and most interactions feel insincere. One of the biggest issues is the misleading representation of the company. They portray themselves as a limited concern but in reality, they are listed limited concern which is equivalent to a pvt ltd organisation. The job description is unclear, and you will only discover what’s actually expected of you once you start working. They also require you to use your own laptop, offering only a minimal reimbursement that isn’t clearly communicated upfront. On top of that, there is a troubling policy in place after your probation period. You’re given a target which is monitored every 3 months. If you meet it you’re fine. If you exceed it, you will receive a certain percentage. But, if you fall short, your salary is deducted. The catch is that, you won’t be informed of this policy until after your probation period ends. Working in this office feels oppressive, almost like being in a prison for 9 hours each day. The owner seems to view himself as some sort of deity, and the whole atmosphere is eerily reminiscent of the dystopian world in HIRAK RAJAR DESHEY by Satyajit Ray.
