DECRIMANTED AND POLITICS PLACE, HR RECRUITMEN and People Engament teams are like sweet poistion. INcluding CEO Styaki Ghosh. Regional descrimantion in the company very badly, the did not give internal respect to others state people, a HATE space in thier brain all time for others state people. full bias people are leading the company currently. Very poor appraisal system.It is just a manipulation activity. Promotion will applicable for those persons who are experts in data manipulation and yes man .Jaya shree textiles has a lot of resources but some senior management are using it for their own benifits.

Dislikes

Total eye washing and manipulated data is maintaining and hampering the values of group for our side customers.Some seniors are looking only for own benifits which are hampering the view of the group.
