All the work is of copy paste there is no scope of creativity here. You will end up getting stuck in same set of work life. Due working hours you will not get time to even have food. You will work longer hours without getting over time pay. Average Salary of designer is 18-19k per month. Even managers are getting paid at low as 45k per month.. Condition is so poor that they can only hire junior people or who have basically no experience.. If you are friends with manager or somr good people then only you will get promotion else you will stuck at your previous role for almost your whole career. I will not recommend anyone to join AffinityX.
