There is job security and good benefits like insurance. The office space is decent.

Dislikes

There is no emphasis on work life balance. You are expected to work 16-17 hrs some days without any additional compensation. The managers are inhumane and lack empathy. Leaves won't be granted easily. The HR only speaks on behalf of management and doesn't care about employees POV. There is no learning curve here. Overall a bad experience....Read More

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
