More work than giving salary, owners are not on one word. They forgot the promise they given and after they act like they don't give the promise At end of my working time i see compleat change in owners and they try to cut my salary amount They take 30+days to pay my salary They talk many things in absent of us and act like a nice person in front of us The works they have to do also make as burden for us like payments to agencies and some other issues Finally its a worst platform for development...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
