As it has major Government client, having lots of manual work which may help you to build basic accounting and auditing knowledge.

Dislikes

Politics is everywhere, no incremental, no respect of talent, no respect of your work, if you are talented find other job, management is highly ambitious about their profits only, they don't know what is employees welfare.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Proper training given by the senior persons in training period.

Dislikes

No such issues face in company such like politics, career growth, boundation period.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the starting years faces there no formal training session. I learnt everything which is need for job.
