Currently I’m not working here but my colleagues are in touch with me and they say that though there are lesser profits but employees with family are being paid some amount of salary to feed their members and bachelors are paid a lesser amount of salary. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
