Benefits such as transportation allowance, shift allowance, overtime allowance.

Dislikes

Very immature management. Sr Mgr or the practice lead acts as a personal assistant to the director than lead the team. Too much of micromanagement and everyone teams up against you and play dirty politics. Very basic expectation they have is to that we work like we are their servents. Very unprofessional organisation and very cheap behaviour by the management. They threaten you by saying will spoil your career. Also to mention, firstly they blocked all your access without prior notice. Then through whatsapp your manger will notify you that today is the last working day. I will never say that the managers name is Kalyan Tutika....Read More
