Few Teams are not worth joining at all as they are very partial and biased about everything and also they do not have that confidence on themselves so they blame juniors for everything even after juniors giving their 100% efforts. They could never get satisfied with the work!!

I believe Ryan can improve their approach in salary and benefits and provide their employees with competetive salary advantage to avoid attrition. An amazing company to be part of and very happy working here, opportunities to learn and grow is massive. All the employees are treated fairly and equally and also company provide great benefits to its employees. I really feel I wish I would have joined here prior only.
