Dont join Data Processing Teams, you will learn nothing moreover TL's are biased wont give importance for you and the work. Moreover favorite people to TL will work less and show off more including TL and people who are not favorite will be working more and still get taunts from TL.

Company treat it's employees like their family which shows the culture.

Few Teams are not worth joining at all as they are very partial and biased about everything and also they do not have that confidence on themselves so they blame juniors for everything even after juniors giving their 100% efforts. They could never get satisfied with the work!!

Ryan is one of the best workplaces I have experienced so far. There is ample scope for work and plenty of opportunities for skill development. The Managers are friendly, and I see people who have been working at Ryan for the past 13 to 15 years, which reflects the trustworthiness of the company.
