1. Plant head - zero technical knowledge and 100% egoistic person. 2. QA - expects compliance but can’t say a word in front of plant head who pushes to do things in non compliance ways. 3. Unwanted politics. 4. Commission taken from vendors.

The worst company ever to start you carree with.They make you sign the company bond ,however if you fail to join the company you need to pay 75,000 to the company.Worst company ever.They even make you sign the bond on offer letter.Kindly read all policies carefully before signing . However the work culture is pathetic.Worst company ever .Wouldnt recommend anyone to join.

Everything. No promotion, no increment. HR is personal assistant to the owner's family. Promoters have lots of ego. They feel only they know everything and disrespect others. HR head is a puppet and useless fellow.
