1. Company don't give appraisal and increment. 2. Culture is very bad. 3. They only promotes the employee who shakes their tail in front of them. 4. People are very polite to speak on face but inside no one wants to see some one growing. 5. Hod's and management never appreciate for work.

Rusan pharma , Dehradun is very good company. Here employee get 100 % job security,what ever mistake you have done. Managers are abusive to each other , fighting like cat and dog. They throw shows on each other,no action will be taken ,as they know it very well. You can argue with URS senior,abuse seniors ,no action will be taken. Here best department are Production and QC ,rest all departments are in God's hand. I enjoyed working in my department a lot due to my supporting seniors and co operators....Read More

No increment in company. Site head can't do for thier staffs increment. He only saying about to do work like donkey,but when it's comes for apprescion or increment ,he said I can't do anything. Here no HR policy, Person working here from last 7 year in same company getting 2.4 lac CTC and fresher's joining at 1.80 lac CTC . Annual average increment is 150 to 180 RS ,but site head expect that staff work for 12 hrs. Management don't have any relationship with employee,they don't think about employee. Increment policy is very bad and employee's are highly discriminated against at the time of increment. During the corona epidemic we were consistsly called to the company and went it came time to the pay our wages were cheated at that time.
