Being a small team, sometimes extra efforts are required, which ultimately helps us learn some new concepts/tech, etc.

Work policy: One day WFH, Otherwise as per managers permissions.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
