I highly admire the enthusiasm of Rubicon for taking this pandemic in a positive manner by promising Maharashtra Government the production and supply of Hydrochloroquione. This itself created honour to work within all employees and many of them resumed to work even after the situation is turning worse each day. The company is providing basic amenities like masks and sanitizer at various places in the company premises, and face cover shield for watchmen and cleaning staffs who come across more people on daily basis. Dislikes

As noted above, I do admire company's efforts and flexibility but I would like to put forth a suggestion as well. There maybe chances that employees who are in utmost need of job may come to office even if they find themselves unwell. This is because we do not have paid leaves for situations wherein our building are sealed and at times someone is unwell at home. I understand that the same employees may also take this in an incorrect way and might misuse this, but we need to come out with some solution because most of employees do not have leaves now, which might create negative impact on smooth working of company systems....Read More
