Dislikes

Micromanagement in high volume. Managers commonly using the phrase " we will hold your promotion" Internal politics Lack of privacy manager can track your call and mails. Keeping a person in form to monitor and track employee activities. Even hybrid mode is not flexible.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
