No body will have any work all they do is just give build up that every body is busy. You will become use less if you work for more than an year. Free liquor during parties thats the most thing they care about.

Every body around you are well trained to betray you especially in the IT department. I believe that comes from the IT leadership. Most hopeless,incapable,untrustworthy IT leadership.
