I began my career here, although I'm an engineer. But now I have the confidence to take up banking as my career. My boss Mr.Shastry Tata and Kumaran had not just given a fish to eat, instead they taught us how to catch a fish. Not like any other companies we were chucked out during pandemic rather RSM have been a family who upliftedand tapped each other's shoulders during that time. RSM is transferring each "Rising Simple Man" to "Radiant Super Man". My boss Shastry and Kumaran , my colleague Kokila are the best person that RSM gave me; these people encouraged me in all the possible ways they could. They believed in me than I would. They gave me a space to prove as well. Perhaps I could relate our own president Mr.Abdul Kalam's thoughts to SHASTRY sir of seeing every youngsters as a pillar of our nation. I tend to see RSM as an environment which provides a healthy atmosphere. I'am happy being a part of RSM. THANK YOU . Also please bring up such review section monthly and expecting a lot more in making each employee grow with RSM every single day. I would expect for a better increment. Dont just see one criteria , look into all aspects and give chance in establishing them. Please dont let any employee do the same field of work for more than 2 years. Give them a chance in every other field and make them versatile player. I expect RSM people to have code of communication or verbal language in English. Please do promote your employee every single year. Plan a trip every year. Keep a test and train them with equipped knowledge. So RSM would turn to a standard and where no comparison with any other company it could. I want for international relocation. Give me a chance and as well train me if I'm not. Also give work from home during natural disasters time....Read More

Work Details

It's an healthy atmosphere. I feel energetic being in work space. My work space always gives me a smile with tension free life. I love the timings of my office. I'am happy with my colleagues. I want more career opportunities in building up my career.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
