Although, I was working with client team and suddenly my job have missed due to some major issues. I was staying very bore and felling jobless since 19 days. Within my job seeking I found a opportunity from RSB this is Contractor company where market reputation and credits is nothing but is going and taking care several person abdomen. I Joined but my overall experience is very poor about this company and can say there is so much differences between client and Contractor. I have not received any single benefits till date but just surviving because a hope is aware for earning. I prefer do not join this company if you have other opportunities but join it if you are suffering and no any chance. There is no supportable team mates, no career growth, no any kinds of benefits salary delay by 20-24 days. PMC and Client pressure is high level but resources is 0. Extremely Poor Management Team, Bad spoken abusable language used to even managers, No career Growth because it is depend upon the PMC directions, PMC is also not supports any Contractor person and they look you a very poor sight. No arrangement of Staff lavatory, fooding area. Event managing director frequently visit every week and use abusable language to team for target achievement.

Company is good but some seniors divert to owner mind for others to not continue the job
