The worst thing I found in this company is that this company puts a lot of pressure on the person who works and gets the maximum work done from him but does not pay attention to many staff who get promoted by flattery.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In RSB Infrastructure I have Learnt a Lot. All Employees here was very Nice and So Coperative/Suppotive. Mr. Vinay Singhal(G.M. Sir) was very Good Person, he always support to all employees. Overall experience at RSB Infrastructure was so good. I always miss that Company.

Dislikes

The only part which I dislike about RSB is the Salary/Appraisal as they hire freshers/less experience staffs at low salary and doesn't Promote after seeing there working and dedication about company .
