RSB Infrastructure Ltd (RSBIL) was established in the year 1999 as a group of companies of RSB Projects Ltd to carry out the work of infrastructure in the field of civil engineering.
Our company entered into agreement with M/s B E Billimoria & Co Ltd, (BEBL) Mumbai in the year 2007 to form a new company called Bebanco Northern Contracts Limited (BNCL) with its head quarters at New Delhi.
M/s RSB Infrastructure Ltd held a share of 26% with balance share being held by BEBL. BNCL was founded with the intention of taking and executing Civil Engineering Contracts in the Northern Region which otherwise would have been executed directly by BEBL.
