I must strongly says RSB group is good and cultured.. I worked 8 years n what I am achived today it's bcz of RSB.. But In pune plant Maintenance Dept need to be good n culture leadership...In present Maintenance leadership is completely worst and monopoly..Sorry if am not wrong..

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
