-Management have high adoption rate of good things. -Digitalization is being adopted. -Staffs are open for discussion/may align together as Team work. -Events/innovative ideas have respect/want to be in the race of EPC Spectrum with leading companies. -Leaves/F&F Policies are smooth.

-Need to care some organization chart(say hierarchy/or Any high power committee must be formed to minimize any escalation with some range of approvals.(may ease the single approver which impacts the work due to late approvals and no one ready to take the direct responsibility. -Staff /HEADS must have some basic qualification i.e minimum understanding of (Profit & loss)/ Project capturing is easy as compared to completion ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
