Work culture is very bad. Top management expects more of protocols than perfoermance. Very poor fund management. Growth is also limited. Too much focused on trivial things and lose focus on main business

I was involved in new product development and hence job satisfaction was there. I am a target oriented professional and hence could create my own team and could achieve many things that saved crores of rupees for the organisation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
