Its not a job. Its a passion. At Rwitc its like family. Work culture is superb. Environment is excellent. And colleagues are very good. Management looks after their people very well and cares for their well being. As long as u toe the line like in any other company working here is smooth and no problems. The Best part is its competitive so to do well u need to strive hard.

About Skill Development :- Company use old & outdated machinery & software. Work-Life Balance :- Job timeing is fixed 9 to 5.30pm , 15 Days Casual leave, 30 Days privilege Leave, 15 Days medical Leave also 20 Bank holidays.
