About Skill Development :- Company use old & outdated machinery & software. Work-Life Balance :- Job timeing is fixed 9 to 5.30pm , 15 Days Casual leave, 30 Days privilege Leave, 15 Days medical Leave also 20 Bank holidays. Compensation & benefit :- every 3 years employment agreement & increment once in a three year but not on performance basis, it done on seniority basis & year of completion in organisation . it is very difficult for new employee commerce to survive in this organisation
