I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. there is no job security, will put pressure on you, and most importantly they will fire you because they want to, there is no actual reason to fire someone because they fired those people who actually do pretty good work, and upper management will always blame employee for any escalations even if the upper management's fault.
