there is no job security, will put pressure on you, and most importantly they will fire you because they want to, there is no actual reason to fire someone because they fired those people who actually do pretty good work, and upper management will always blame employee for any escalations even if the upper management's fault.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
