The best thing about this company is that it forces the employees to learn whatever is possible. It offers on-job paid training to employees and is always welcome to any kind of advice regarding support to acquire sets of new skills. Salary is also good right from the root level.

Dislikes

The upper hierarchy is extremely manipulative. They pay little heed to lower hierarchy. Unless one attains the position of BDM and above here, there is lack of respect towards the point of view of an employee. There is an unwanted amount of pressure upon freshers. They receive typical tasks which could only be properly attempted by a writer of a minimum of 3 months of experience. The salary deductions are random and hard to understand. Salary dispatch is often late. There is little opportunity for an employee below the level of BDM to speak for oneself or for the sake of the team.
