I don't like the environment of this company. I was working here 40 days only for Work from home. they are not giving us laptop facilities. Also they not give me 40 days of salary because of I am not performing well they said. No flexible hours & work pressure is here. They fired me as they told you are not performing well. working environment not good , target job & helpless people. I know every recruiter or else any position have some target base job in every company. every 1 hour they are follow up & pressuring for line up its like recruiter come bpo job is here. very dissatisfied. I waste my time & money ,wi-fi as well....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
