Royal Enfield is customer centric organization, as it values its customers more than anything. As the organization is growing at rapid pace they are implementing new policies and processes for both people and product to improve them. As far as I am concerned work-life balance is poor but though it is debatable as it entirely dependsupon boss and our way of doing things. At this point I feel there is a good opportunity for career growth as they expanding business at a faster pace. There aren't any specific things that I don't like but I feel work life balance should have been much better than what it is right now.

Work Details

I look after market service in RE where I used to handle customer concerns and look after the assigned outlets which required a bit of travelling. But at times customer handling may be quite difficult to convince them as they have high expectations on RE.
