They all the time use useless sheets to monitor your growth but not to your hard work and outcome. They all the time teach to keep your bosses happy. If you are a ball holder then it’s perfect place for you to work and grow but if you believe in hard smart work and outcome then pls stay out of it otherwise they will make your life hell.
1. Salaries are paid on time.
2. Job securities are there.
3. Travel was restricted throughout the Covid-19 till date, which is very much appreciable step by company.
4. Health policy revised for Covid-19 expenses if any employee suffers with it.
Dislikes
1. As an ASM (service) there is tremendous pressure of work.
2. No family time, no holidays, every 5 min phone is ringing.
3. Lean organisation, taking work of 2 manpower from one.
4. Saturdays are off only on papers, infact work 3-4 hrs in Sunday as well.

Royal Enfield is customer centric organization, as it values its customers more than anything. As the organization is growing at rapid pace they are implementing new policies and processes for both people and product to improve them. As far as I am concerned work-life balance is poor but though it is debatable as it entirely dependsupon boss and our way of doing things. There aren't any specific things that I don't like but I feel work life balance should have been much better than what it is right now.

I look after market service in RE where I used to handle customer concerns and look after the assigned outlets which required a bit of travelling. But at times customer handling may be quite difficult to convince them as they have high expectations on RE.
