Dislikes

Worklife balance is not there, high work pressure for unwanted and non priority or non value added jobs. Meetings are scheduled during holidays, when you are sick, even in festival holidays. No time to spend time for family. Meetings are scheduled throughout day, even in late evenings.

Work Details

No work life balance here, Unwanted work pressure, too many meetings throughout the day. Not allowing to work properly due to unscheduled meetings. No respect here for any designation. Need to work 7days in a week. 5days work patterns only in paper.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
