They doesn’t promote female employees. My promotion and appraisal was due in between my maternity and they stopped saying that they will give increments after coming from maternity

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
