Likes

People working in Roundone are helpful and the atmosphere in here is friendly and energetic. They helped me a lot in brushing my Hr skills and knowledge which helped me in getting better future.

Dislikes

sometimes they make you dance to welcome newcomers which I don't like at all.

Great work environment. The best part is seniors are supportive and encourage learning. Timely salary and good work-life balance. Overall a good place to work, learn and grow.

I didn't notice any such things in specific during my tenure just the thing is the management can be more supportive or else everything is good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
