This company is a fun and productive workplace. RMS is one of the best company where one can build career in Risk modeling. Due to huge customer base there is a new learning everyday. Management is employee friendly so employee enjoy the working even in extended hours if required. Flexibility of work hours and one punch attendance system is one of the most admired policy at RMS.

Flexible timings, Few managers are good & down to earth, free lunch which is good in taste.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Unfairness between regular & contract employees'. Even the top management treats you(contract employee) like a labor. No growth opportunities for contractual people.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
