It is very good for freshers, very friendly environment, talent and hard work will always be rewarded by management.

No employment benefits, too much delay in salary settlements, no facilities

I have worked in this company for 8 years, Learnt many technologies, given chance to move on to updated technologies, overall it is a great experience working with rize for such a long period.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
