The only thing to like at Ritz Carlton is the various trainings they provide the staff with to improve their job skills.

Honestly the philosophy of Ritz Carlton exists just in paper and words.the outer picture looks good like one big happy family but in reality Noone knows what's going behind the curtain. staff aren't happy. The value is always given to the guest. His happiness is the only priority. Staff are being squeezed to make everyday things happen. Oh and yes, Ritz Carlton boasts that their ladies and gentlemen(the staff) are their most valuable resource. But when covid 19 happened the company did nothing to protect us and fired so many of staff leaving a lot of us still jobless. I would never work for this company again. Terrible....Read More
