I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The good thing was hotel was very punctual about shift in and out HR was very concern about OT. Hotel provide accommodation and food which helps to survive.

Dislikes

Ritz carlton is a very good hotel and the company policy is also good but i am mentioning only for my department as housekeeping associate which i felt very difficult and work pressure The points which i felt not satisfied are Please are very keen about olny job needs to be done Salary i felt extremely low if you do your job and very punctual and discipline about your timming not so extrovert just do the job and leave for the day then growth chances are very low.
