The management is pathetic. Learning is zero. They'll make you work for 14-16 hrs and won't even raise over time so that you get the benefits. The people working here make this place a hell to work in

I loved most being in Ritz Carlton hotel, working in huge diverse environment, where i find equality and the second thing of the company which is the great Gold Standard.

The company is really great, but you can't judge the management see very simple example of mine, i was close to finish 5 year at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, but suddenly there was one incident happened with me i got the tip & took it out & handed over to concern person at accommodation, & the HR team got the opportunity to blame on me that i took the asset out without notified, they even told me this against the company's policy which i was never aware of it, even lot of supervisor's are doing that but they have no problem, main thing in my case it was i was close complete my 5th year in one month & i suppose to have good amount of gratuity very simple that's why they kicked me out forcefully, so always love your job do not love the company because you don't know when company stop loving you, so always be very careful when you are loyal to the company and close to finish long time....Read More
