Workplace is full of slacker and buttering employees. Most of the Senior officials take credits of others hard work and do favor to other slacker and buttering employee in same team. In a team, only 1-2 members do hard work and there is always 1 slacker member who has been fitted by Senior official as formality and he gets all the credit of work. Yearly appraisal is fake here.
