I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I liked the way staff interacts with me friendly and thoroughly enjoyed the 8 months of my Internship.

Job security - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

I did not get much exposure which i should deserve but due to my slow learning ability i did not get .Overall it is Good Firm, there is delegated authority which assign work to you.
