We should be work like a slave here. Employee will get calls from the superior even in the late night after 10 pm as well, super micro management here but the thing is like if some one works good the management will be back on that employee and who are doing time pass in the company they can survive in the company for years,but who works hard they cannot survive here. They only need employee to be responded for Client emails at any time even they are in leave or health emergency. Management is super pathetic and no proper company policies. Employee should work for 10-11hrs in a day. Employee should not have any family time. Operation s Manager will be super Politician in the organisation. He needs to be support and protect some group and for remaining there will be a super torcher. No proper holiday calender will be there even you need to work on festivals....Read More
