The company is a family business and adpots family culture at our workplace. Family and Job security are the given preferences, management and company policies are strict to inherent discipline in all employees as per my father which is good, but these are everywhere in the corporate world. No one stops you and questions why are youleaving on time. The company also has an open-door culture for meeting any higher authorities including Managing Director. Traveling on-site is purely based on projects and product knowledge. I have seen employees left and have rejoined the same company, due to culture and management policies here, I have never seen this before it's amazing....Read More

Good thing is they have provide accommodation , but they have stopped this policy recently. The Managing Director is really cool person and he speaks with directly about your problems.
